About Kelly

Kelly primarily focuses her practice on Insurance Defense, Local Government Law, and General Civil litigation.

Kelly earned a B.A. with honors from Roanoke College in 2019, where she was also a member of the women’s tennis team.  She completed her J.D. degree at Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2023. While there, she was a student attorney at the Tax Clinic and served as a Lead Articles Editor on the Journal for Civil Rights and Social Justice. Kelly was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2023.

Kelly spends her free time reading mystery novels, training for marathons, and spending time with her family and dog outdoors.
