Fessier to join Boyd-Graves Conference

TimberlakeSmith is pleased to announce that Rosalie Pemberton Fessier has been invited to join the Boyd-Graves Conference. The Boyd-Graves Conference seeks to improve the quality of civil justice in Virginia. It does so through scholarly study and discussion among civil trial lawyers, judges, legislators, and educators, often resulting in recommendations for changes to rules and statutes governing the civil justice system in the Commonwealth. Invitations to participate in the Conference are based on demonstrated competence in civil litigation. The Conferencce does not represent or advocate the interests of any group or constituency. Members subordinate the private interests of groups to which they belong and their own practice area for the greater good. The 2021 meeting of the Boyd-Graves Conference convenes October 29, 2021.
